Kyle Rossi
Owner / General Manager
Kyle was born in New Jersey and raised in Michigan. Since 2012, he has resided in Chattanooga as the primary operator of Weed Man Lawn Care and East Tennessee Soil Services, with over 10 years of experience in the landscape industry. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys playing the guitar and spending time on the water. Kyle’s motivation, determination, and care for quality service is a marker for how our team conducts business. As a leader, he is constantly striving to improve the quality of the services we provide, as well as build the best landscape team in SE Tennessee.
Matthew Haywood
Project Engineer
Originally born in Kentucky, Matthew’s childhood consisted of moving around the country every few years; He considers Nashville to be his home. Matthew just recently received his Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State! He stays very busy in his free time; volunteering with Camp Crusades, hunting with his bird dog Sadie, and fishing with friends. Matthew’s attention to detail and prior experience in the lawn care & landscape industry make him a valuable asset to our team. His driving force is helping customers achieve their dream property!
Hunter Richards
Application Specialist
Born and raised right down the road in Soddy-Daisy, Hunter has been a part of our team since the beginning! He’s a thrill seeker who enjoys riding dirt bikes with The Boys in his free time. Hunter’s positive attitude and willingness to help anyone he can makes him a valuable asset to our team. He enjoys working with the team of people we have built and how it feels like just that; a TEAM!
Tara Giordano
Office Manager
Raised in Syracuse, New York, Tara joined the Chattanooga team in 2021. She and her two children enjoy spending time exploring all the outdoor adventures that Tennessee has to offer. Her administrative experience, adaptability and dedication to premier quality customer care greatly contribute to the value of the East Tennessee Soil Services team. Tara loves being one of the front line voices of the company and a go-to resource for customers and co-workers
